Zen Doodles
A great way to disconnect, relax your mind, and improve your ability to focus. We will use music, breathing and other techniques to start building your tool box to heighten your attention and awareness skills. No one is too young or too old to start this practice and we can all benefit from a different way to practice mindfulness. A great workshop to empower students with tools to deal with anxiety and work on their mental health and wellbeing.

Drawing with letters and numbers
Creating connections between existing knowledge and new concepts is a great way to make learning easier and fun! Through this workshop we will use letters and numbers to draw some familiar animals and characters.
Character design-
(Basic illustration course)
A hands-on workshop about how to turn circles and rectangles into characters. A fun way to challenge the idea of not being able to draw.

Tools and techniques to analyze and understand complex situations. A series of practices that will help participants develop skills to reframe challenges, work better in teams, look at ideas from different perspectives and find creative solutions
Creative Brainstorming Techniques
A session with an equal balance between individual and group brainstorming techniques. We will provide tools to help you feel confident trying things on your own and to leverage the strengths of your team. We will discuss what it takes to make a brainstorming session effective and how to make everyone feel heard and part of the final solution. The tools covered in this session can also be used during regular meetings to help things move along and keep participants engaged.
